DONATION REQUEST

• Our donations are allocated on an available basis. We have do have our non-profit donation account through PayPal. Whatever funds are allocated to a certain cause and if you are fit the criteria we will consider those who are first on the list and work our way down the list.
• We do not guarantee that everyone completes the Donation Request Form will receive a donation right away. There are procedures that we must take in order to allocate the funds. Once we have gone through the procedures we will try reaching out to you by e-mail and if possible by phone. You will have a certain time to respond before we go to the next individual who is on the waiting list.
• We would like to keep accountability to assure the contributors that funds are being allocated; so, you cannot use any alias/nicknames when filling out the Donation Request Form. We would prefer those who will consent to having the photo or video placed on this site as proof that you were helped. This will help with continued funds to help others from contributors who see that we are distributing the funds correctly.
  
• Below there is a Donation Request Form that needs to be filled out completely and any other information that we might need will reach out to you.
  
• We will post an announcement on our Homepage when donations are available; so, continue to check the website for updates or just register to our site and receive automatic updates about our site.
